On Sept. 3, we refined the filing locations for certain applicants and petitioners filing Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion, and changed the filing location for those filing Form I-290B due to a Form I-485 decision made by a USCIS service center (unless the Form I-485 was based on an approved VAWA self-petition or T nonimmigrant status).I485 transferred from TSC to NBC, MO. My I485 was applied a year back (May'21) and couple of weeks back I got a notice stating that "In Order to Speed up processing we transferred your application/petition to following USCIS office for processing" and I see the NBC , Lee's Summit MO address given. Its an EB based I485 & I already have my EAD&AP. Hello I'm November filler 11.01.18 from Texas (I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131) 7 month and still didn't receive EAD, as i check my case is in National benefits Center, 2 days ago there were on October, but suddenly they changed on 16 September what are they doing ?Now April'22 its shifted from TSC to NBC stating "In order to speed up processing". And it may probably be then sent from NBC to local FO. My local FO shows timeline of 25.5 months for 85% of the cases. Case transferred to NBC on Sept 19, 2018 (reason as per the notice- for faster processing ) No update so far. Last updated date changed recently, but no change in the status so far. Case received- August 3, 2018. Also, I received a Transfer Notice (notice date: 10/11/2007) from TSC today saying 'Priliminary processing of the above application or petetion has been completed. and it has been transferred to the INS office at: USCIS - NBC , PO BOX 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 .The only connection I see is that I-485 is being sent to the same USCIS service center which has my I-140 under processing. I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri. While the I-485 was transferred, I-131 & I-765 continues to be with NBC.All Case Processing. When should I expect some changes?Since then, we've heard nothing. If we check the case status online, it just says "fingerprints have been received." The only office address we have is the USCIS National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit, MO. My big question is--I'm confused about where the case is being processed. I can't find any processing time information about Lee's Summit, MO.my receipt numbers start with IOE, I sent my documents to the locket box in chicago and all the letters from USCIS come from lee summit MO. I used to live in IL when I filed; now I live in California and changed my address. On the USCIS website, when checking the processing time, should I choose l-485 processing time in Saint Louis MO?.
